Brain Care Centre Response to COVID-19
Updated March 16, 2020
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, effective Wednesday, March 18th, our 1-1 client and caregiver services will be restricted to over the phone, video conferencing through Google Hangouts, or email. Our operating hours remain the same during this time (8:30am-4:30pm), as providing support, resources, and services remains our priority (albeit from a distance). Our groups, classes, and workshops remain cancelled until further notice.
If you have an upcoming appointment, you will be contacted by a member of our staff to determine what format you would prefer for your appointment. Please note that with our call forwarding system, phone calls from our office may appear as No Caller ID instead of Brain Care Centre.
Especially now that there is evidence of community spread of COVID-19, we want to encourage you to follow the public health recommendations as they evolve.
You can also use this self-assessment tool to help determine whether you should be tested for COVID-19:

Although the risk is still low at this time, this may change in the upcoming weeks. If you have questions or concerns about our covid-19 protocol or BCC services, please do not hesitate to contact our Information Coordinator, Erin Fast, at 780-477-7575 ext. 114 or erin@braincarecentre.com.
